Student Mentoring

I am interested in mentoring undergraduate student research projects and I am open to co-advising graduate students at nearby Universities. If you have an idea or are interested in brainstorming with me please contact me via email or stop by my office in Pope Science room 221. Here is a mentoring philosophy document that can give you an idea of what I expect from student resarch and a mentoring relationship: My Mentoring Philosophy This document was written with graduate students in mind as well as undergradautes. It therefore can be used to help with decisions about whether or not to attend graduate school. However I have written another document about that: Applying for Graduate Schools in the Geosciences
